The Impro Move days will be the culmination of the whole project as they will offer the opportunity to participate in the practical embodied experience of transformative and contagious energetic presentations of collaborative free art forms performed by and for the young. Theatre and dance education will be presented and promoted as a possible and necessary set of skills that can improve children’s creativity, which can work as a complimentary tool to the teaching processes and aim also to increase interest for theatre/dance performance art forms.

Impro Move day, may 2021

Impro Move day, may 2021

Impro days were held in such a way that each registered group received its own mentor, with whom  they prepared a short improvisational performance together. It was not necessary to prepare young people for the event in advance, as they tested themselves with us in improvised formats and prepared a performance at the spot. The energy on the stage and under the stage was amazing. The children and the young had a great experience on the stage and also they learned how to watch each other and how to support the ones on stage. During these four days we hosted 16 improv primary school groups.
